Absolutely. Every project begins with a consultation and detailed design phase. You'll receive 2D layout plans and, for larger projects, 3D renderings showing exactly how your space will look. We don't begin installation until you've reviewed and approved every detail.
Yes. We are a fully licensed NSW landscaping contractor and carry comprehensive public liability insurance. All crew members are trained, background-checked, and hold relevant NSW certifications. We're proud members of Landscape Industries Association NSW (LIANSW).
Yes — we stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations. Plant material is covered by a 90-day establishment warranty (provided care instructions are followed). Hardscaping carries a 2-year structural warranty.
